A life of righteousness is a beautiful life Proverbs 21:21 NKJV says" He who follows righteousness and mercy Finds life, righteousness, and honor"The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Psalms 92:12 NKJV.

Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous.
I John 3:7 NKJV. Christ is your righteousness" But of Him, you are in Christ Jesus, who became... righteousness...
(I Corinthians 1:30 NKJV).

Colossians 2:6‭-‬7 NKJV says " As you, therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving." This is how to live this beautiful life of righteousness. It is t simply expressing God's nature of love and faith in you. It doesn't get easier.

Banking & Finance Manager

Looking for banking and finance manager. The ideal candidate should be under 35, with 5 years of experience with dealing with banks and financial institutes for negotiating limits, grants etc. The key roles for the person would be

a. Manage our trade transactions with banks: Export & Import

b. Prepare financial modelling and investment memos

c. Prepare the relevant project reports and documentation as required by the banks / FIs.
d. Identifying the decision makers and influencers in the banking and FIs.
e. Making presentation and responding to the queries
f. Follow up and regular updates.

The ideal candidate should have the following education and experience

a. Background of commerce or Business study. Engineering background would be an added advantage.
b. Worked with banks or other financial Institutions with similar profile.
c. Excellent communication skills - written and oral
d. Analytical

The position is based in Asaba, the selected person would be reporting to Director Finance and projects.

VACANCY FOR HR MANAGER
We are a manufacturing company based out of Asaba and in the business of manufacturing of rolled bar,
pipes and associated steel products. The company employs close to 500 people in various roles on full
time or contractual basis.
The key role for the HR manager would be
 Implement the HR policies of the company.
 Implement the HRIS system in the company.
 Managing the attendance system
 Supervise the pay roll
 Interact with the various contractors for daily wage workers and keep a record of the same.
 Identifying and onboarding of new talent, including interviews, background checks etc
 Supervise the leave and advance process.
 Work on the safety and health of the workers
 Ensure that the safety parameters are defined and followed by all in the company.
 Create a culture of productivity and commitment to the company
 Appraisal system implementation.
 Reaching out to the various technical institutes and partner for talent acquisitions.
 Implement apprenticeship program.
 Maintain a pool of talent for the organisation
 Supervise the statutory fulfilment related to the workers.
The person would be reporting to the CFO of the company.
Preferred background
This is a senior role in the organisation and the person is expected to be familiar with the local laws and
practices. The person should have
 At least 6-8 years of experiences, out of which at least 2 years in a managerial role.
 Should have the academic background of HR.
 Should have worked in a manufacturing environment in the past.
 Should have working knowledge of Microsoft office specially Excel.
 Should have good command on written and oral language.
