Looking forever young is everyone's fantasy.

But then life happens and growing old is part of humanity. We can't stay forever young though there are factors that can fasten the aging process which can be prevented.

The impact listed below can hasten one to age and we should avoid them to the barest minimum.

1. Stress affects our bodies in many ways and skin inflammation is one of them, often a breakout occurs when one is stressed out, coupled with duller skin.

2. Another factor that causes early aging is when we expose ourselves to the direct sun too repeatedly this can damage our collagen which will definitely lead to aging.

3. Lack of a balanced diet can cause us to age twice as much as our age.

4. Too much consumption of processed foods, excess sugar has been proven to cause damage to our skin elastin.

5. Smoking is another thing to avoid in order, not to age fast because smoking makes the skin age prematurely by damaging the blood vessels and limiting the skin's ability to self-repair.
