One of my favourite breakfast option is porridge oats. Throw in some nuts and fruits and you're good to go!. Very filling , rich in fiber and healthy.

Banana bread is rich in fiber, antioxidants and minerals.it can eaten for weightloss, but portion control is key as it is loaded with calories.
I love to have mine with Greek yogurt or cold pressed juice.
