The good people of Nigeria should know that the fight against Dangote refinery by the so called PENGASSAN/NUPENG is not only against Dangote but against the success and progress of Nigeria as a country.
We all are not ignorant of what happened to our refineries the like of Ph,Warri and the rest, when ever something good emerges in this country there is always a group of people who are ready to pull us down in other to destroys it
A few from my little findings,the Dangote refinery alone at full capacity utilization generate over 2.2b dollars on export earning to Nigeria within a year that it started operation and has also helped Nigeria improved it balance of payment position and also improved it GDP (Gross Domestic Product) in the last one year. The presence of the refinery has actually erased the existence of strike, fuel queue and the rest, gave thousands of Nigerian youths high paid jobs and also discourage the importation of adulterated fuel into Nigeria .
PENGASSAN/NUPENG has realized that gone are the days where they can do and undo and the market is transitioning to a new era of refining which is not business as usual and now they want to grag what is putting Nigeria on a global map to the mud.For the first time in the history of Nigeria, Dangote exported refine petroleum product to the US, he is currently one of the biggest supplier of jet A1 to Europe.
If we want a positive change in this country then it has to start with us by saying no to the enemies of this country.
