HAIR RELAXER PRODUCTION🧴

Paraffin oil - 1 1/2liters
Caustic soda - 1/16kg
Stearic acid - 1/4kg
Propylene glycol - 1/4liter
Petroleum jelly - 1/2kg
Glycerin - 125ml
Cetyl Alcohol - 1/4kg
Dehydrate wax - 1/8kg
Lanolin - 1/8kg
Vitamin E - 30ml
Methyl paraben - 1/8kg
Formalin - 15ml
Water - 1/4liter

PROCEDURES

1. Set a big pot on the fire. Add petroleum jelly, stearic acid, dehydrate wax and cetyl alcohol and allow them to melt.
2. Add paraffin oil and lanolin, stir well until they are properly melt.
3. Add methyl paraben to the melted mixtures on the fire and stir well.
4. Dissolve caustic soda in 1/4litre if water. Divide the caustic soda solution into two equal parts, label them A and B.
5. In the A bowl, add glycerin, Vitamin E and propylene glycol and stir well until it's blend's well. Add formalin to the A bowl mixture and stir well.
6. Gradually add the mixture in A bowl to the oil mixture on the fire. Stir continuously while adding the caustic soda mixture in A bowl.
7. Off the fire and allow the solution to cool down in the way it does not burns finger when insert into it.
8. Now add the caustic soda B solution to mixture and stir properly until it blend's together.
9. Store in a containers for use.

Glycerin - 15ml
Vitamin E - 5ml
Beetroot - As desire
Edible Colour (pink) liquid - As desire
Edible perfume - As desire

Equipments Needed:
Cooker
Pot
Bowl
Spoon

PROCEDURES💃: Double boiler

fire on the cooker and reduce the fire.
the pot on the cooker and pour water to it. Allow the water to boil before placing a bowl in the pot.
# Pour coconut oil in the bowl, add Shea butter and beewax to it and allow them to dissolve.
# Add Kojic acid powder and
Alpha Arbuton powder. Stir until they are properly mixed.
# Add Lactic acid and stir.
# Add Essential oil,Jojoba oil,Carrot oil,Tangerine oil,
Glycerin,Vitamin E and stir property.
# Put off the cooker. Bring out the bowl from the pot.
# Add Beetroot and stir well.
# Add colour gradually as desire.
# Add perfume and stir property.
Store in a container immediately.

Salt
Chili Pepper
Vegetable oil
Directions:~
1.Wash your plantain very well with soap and water
2.clean with a kitchen napkin and Peel off the back
3. With your potato peeler or knife, slize into round shape or your desired shape and spread for about 30 minutes
4. Sprinkle little salt
5. Fry on a high heat, but reduce the heat if need be. Fry till it becomes crunchy even while still on fire.
6. Remove from heat and sprinkle chilli pepper if you want it spicy
7. Spread and allow to cool down.
8. Store in a container
