Last week Thursday, one man slumped in the market.
He owns a very big foodstuffs shop in a popular market in my state.
I was wondering what could have made him slump.
Immediately they brought a vehicle and carried him to the hospital.
After 2 days, I came back to the market and asked after him, as someone that does buy food items from him.
Gladly they said he made it, he is alive. I asked what happened to him, they said his BP was too high.
And that was exactly what my mind told me.
The emphasis I'm trying to make is that, oftentimes people know their health conditions but refuse to pay attention to them they will keep overworking themselves till it gets to the chronic stage, and makes them learn the hard way.
Thank God he was granted a second chance to live.
By now he has learned from his negligence.
This is a reminder for you to value your good and pay attention to your body...
