so this particular customer reach out to me complaining of her skin.... the complain was much and I took out time to listen to her.

she went ahead and say that she's even tired of trying different skincare and non is working.

I proceeded to tell her that if she can give this a trial she won't regret it.

omo madam said she's tired of trying....
in my mind am like why did you now take out this much time to explain yourself knowing full well you won't try.
