How to use hibiscus

Hibiscus can be used as grinded mask too

You can mix it with other herbs to fuel hair growth (any herbs of your choice)

Add like 3 spoons in a plate
Add little water to make a paste
I usually add my with coffee it makes my hair colour look darker and more shiny after wash

Pls don't let it be water so it don't pour and stain your cloth
Let it be thick like cream

Divide hair in two four sections
Massage property

Cover with nylon bag or very thick sartin bonnet.

Wash it out shampoo and conditioner

We all know onion peel.

Just wash it .

Boil it for few minutes.

Then allow it to cool

Sieve it

Pour it on your spray can.

Spray it on your hair.

If you spray it on your edges you can leave it.

If you spray it all around your hair and notice the smell is much, please rinse .

Mini twists are one of the most beautiful hairstyles you can do on your natural hair, with or without extensions.
They are also used to grow long & full hair, especially when you do them back to back.

But, just as they can help you grow your hair, if you do the wrong things, you can lose hair instead of retaining length.

Here are 5 THINGS TO AVOID DOING if you are trying to grow your natural hair while wearing mini twists as a protective style:

1. Leaving Them In Too Long Without Care.
While mini twists are a great protective style, leaving them in for more than 3 – 4 weeks without refreshing or caring for your scalp can result in matting, knots, and excessive shedding which negates the entire goal of wearing a protective style.

2. Skipping Moisture.
Even though mini twists are low maintenance, your hair still needs regular hydration. Neglecting moisture can lead to dryness, breakage, and stunted growth.
The least you can do is moisturize your twists once a week, especially if you don’t like when they shrink.

3. Installing Twists Too Tight.
Tight twists, especially at the roots, can cause tension, leading to breakage or even traction alopecia. Always prioritize scalp comfort over a super sleek look.

4. Neglecting Your Scalp.
A healthy scalp is the foundation for hair growth. Skipping scalp massages, cleansing, or oiling can also do THE OPPOSITE of help you grow your hair while wearing twists.

5. Constant Manipulation or Styling
Frequently pulling, re-twisting, or styling your mini twists can defeat their protective purpose. The more you manipulate them, the higher the risk of breakage.
