HOW TO MAKE ALOE VERA GEL FROM ALOE VERA PLANT AND ITS HEALTH BENEFITS

Aloe vera is a well known plant that is popular for its therapeutic health benefits
Before we go deeply into how to make it, let's look at some of its health benefits.

1) It function as antioxidant & antibacterial
2) It lowers blood sugar level
3) It reduces dental plaque
4) It helps treat canker sores
5) It reduces constipation, etc

Now the preparation

Materials:
i) Aloe vera leaf
ii) Cup & bowl
iii) Knife
iv) Preservatives
v) Glass jar

1) Get a mature aloe vera leaf from its plant (1 or 2 is okay depending on the size).
2) Place the leaves in a cup to allow the resin drain out.
3) Peel off the bark carefully leaving the body exposed.
4) Scoop out the gell into a separate cup using a knife or spoon.

At this point it's very important to know that aloe vera is perishable so you have to add some preservatives if you want to keep using it over a long period of time. For preservatives add Vitamin C 500mg (powdered) or Vitamin E for every 1/4 cup of gel you have.

5) Put them into a blender and blend.
6) Pour the gel into a clean glass jar and store in a refrigerator so as to prevent it from getting bad over a long period of time.
