How can you be going out daytime without a sunscreen 😲 , do you want to roast ?
👉Sun screen and Sunblock products becomes important because they stop the production of more melanin while you are in the sun and they also help protection from sun damage. Mind you,Sunscreen doesn't lighten your skin. It only prevents the creation of new melanin cells while you are in the sun.
You need to also understand that irrespective of your skin color, your skin will still try to protect you from uv damage(sun damage) by producing more melanin cells.

Sunscreens with a minimum spf of *30* is recommended for use.
*SPF* means Sun Protection Factor ,that is the ability or the rate at which that sunscreen can protect you .

Wash and condition your hair as normal at the end of this period and repeat the process .
