Tired and don't know what cream to use on your skin because the ones you have been trying out doesn't go well with you - a naturally made body cream is what you need instead.
I use oil on my skin and I will teach you how to make yours. 'Oil' may not sound good to you because you might have heard it will make you dark or cause pimples. That's not going to be true anymore with the natural ingredients that you will add.
Things to get:
Coconut oil
Carrot
Aloe vera
Avocado
Rosemary leaves
Vitamin E capsule
Tea tree, lavender or rosemary essential oil.
Buy coconut oils that is not packaged because it's still in its natural form. Depending on the quantity you want to make, the coconut oil is your base so it should be 80% of the preparation.
Grate your carrots, remove the white gel from the aloe vera plant, cut your avocado into pieces, and slice the rosemary leaves. Add everything into a container with cover.
Heat your coconut oil in a pan on low heat then mix it with the other ingredients in the container. Stir and cover tightly. The hotness of the oil will help bring out the nutrients from the carrots, aloe vera, rosemary and avocado.
Keep the container in a dark warm place for one week while stirring it daily. After one week sieve the mixture and throw the rest leaving your oil.
Then add five to six vitamin E capsules and some drops of your essential oil. Mix them together in the container, cover it and warm it up in hot water for some minutes and your oil is ready to be used.
This oil will bring out your natural complexion and brightens your skin not in a way that bleaching cream would do. It will help you treat any skin issues you may have since natural ingredients are added to it.
This oil can be used as a hair treatment for beautiful and long hair. After applying your leave in conditioner, rub the oil on your hair before combing.
I use this oil as part of my night time skin care routine, it brightens my face and keep it smooth.

I trimmed my hair this morning. For the past 2 years I have been trimming my hair every 3 months.
But starting from this year I will start trimming it every 4 months.
Don't see trimming as wasting your hair, its part of an healthy hair care routine.

Every Lady wants long and beautiful hair because it improves your appearance.
And that is why African women fix hair or wear wigs in order to get that effect.
I believe nuturing your own hair, making it long and beautiful is better.
I am not condeming those who wear wigs but what I am trying to say is that you should also nurture your natural hair.
When you nurture your natural hair, you will get that long and beautiful hair you desire.
I know some ladies who wear wigs but they don't treat their natural hair anyhow.
Nurturing your natural hair is beyound washing with shampoo and conditioner, and using hair creams.
There is more to that. Though some people know about it but wouldn't do it because they think it is stressful.
They like to buy wigs or fix hair than waste their time nurturing their own hair.
Why not treat your hair right and carry it proudly when you feel like. I want that too and I am working towards it.
As a nan take good care of your skin. You should look good too. Its not only a woman that should look good.
Natural hair is not hard to take care of, it just depends on what you do with it.

Dirty scalp wont produce healthy hair. Wash your hair 2-3 time every month.
Things you need to get:
Shampoo
Conditioner or deep conditioner.
Leave in conditioner.
Oils, cream and butter.
Go get yours and start washing your hair regularly.
Allow your hair to dry on its own rather than using dryer all the time. Too much heat damages your hair.
Before applying oil on your hair, apply water or live in conditioner first so it is well moistutize.
Before combing your hair, spray liquid, apply leave in conditioner and then apply oil or butter then comb it.
HEALTHY HAIR CARE PRACTICES..
Don't comb dry hair.
Don't apply oil, cream or butter on dry hair.
Don't use too much heat on your hair.
Wash your hair 2-3 times every month.
Moisturize your hair 2-3 times every week.
