And honestly, I understand why some people feel that way. But to be sincere, consistency is definitely a big player in this journey.

I went offline for about two months, and the monthly reach/views on my posts dropped to around 100k.

I came back and started consistently sharing skincare content again… My reach has now gone back up to over 3,000,000 million and I gained over 4,000 followers in one month❤️

Same me, Same account, I just started showing up again and it increased my sales times two.

So to the person who is tired today, my dear, Keep trying. Keep showing up. Keep doing your part.

You may not see the result immediately, but don’t underestimate what small efforts can become when they accumulate. God blesses the accumulation of hard work 🙏

When it comes to skin purging, you might not fully prevent it if you are using products with active ingredients but you can reduce the intensity. See 👇

I hear customers say "Ah, this product has given me pimples!” Next thing they either trash the product or abandon it.

Today, let's talk Skin Purging.

Sometimes, active ingredients speed up your skin’s renewal, such products bring existing blemishes to the surface faster, that temporary breakout is your skin purging. Some products will bring out all the yamayama in your body before they start working.

But please o, not every breakout is purging!

Purging tends to happen where you normally break out and is usually connected to ingredients that speeds up skin cell turnover.

If you have new spots in unusual areas? Persistent irritation or breakouts that keep worsening? Pls don’t automatically call it purging. That might be irritation. Knowing the difference can save you weeks of forcing a product your skin may not like.

If your skin is burning, extremely itchy, swollen, painful, or developing a rash, that’s more likely irritation. Just pause whatever product you are using.
