Beans are one of the least expensive source of protein, especially when compared to fresh meat. Beans contain a powerhouse of nutrients including antioxidants, and vitamins and minerals, such as copper, folate, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, potassium and zinc.
Its very easy to make moimoi with beans flour and it will come out nice and fresh. Add your pepper, tomatoes, grounded crayfish, egg and other ingredients of your choice,
then ADD ENOUGH WATER to the beans flour and stir very well.
It will come out nice.

To one cup of beans flour add 3/4 cup of water with ur ingredients and stir to a pasty form.
Allow to stand for 10mins, and stir properly.
Then deep fry into desired shapes.
