Frequently asked questions we get daily about our Zola loc extensions:

1: Can they be dyed: Yes, they could be bleached and dyed as they are produced from 100% virgin human hair.

2: Do they fall out after being installed? No, it won’t. However, I would recommend that these extensions be installed by a professional loctician and also, leave the hair in for at least a month before it’s being washed so the hair would have time to properly age with the extensions.

3: Are they only installed permanently? No. You could get them installed temporarily as well especially if you don’t want to commit to the loc lifestyle yet.

4: What sizes are available and how do I know what size to install: There are 4 major sizes that I create and these are large, medium, small, and x-small.

The size best suitable for your scalp especially if it’s for a permanent installation would be determined by the density of your hair and other factors which would be discussed during the virtual consultation done before the extensions’ creation.

5: How long does my hair needs to be before an installation? At least 2-3 inches for a non-relaxed hair and 3-4 inches for a relaxed hair.

6: How long can I keep them in? : For a temporary installation, you can keep them in for up to 6 months so you get them washed and roots touched up occasionally. For a permanent installation, you can keep them in for as long as you like so far you are having them maintained properly.
