How time fly oh! my people, the year is gradually moving on and we all have to be on the move with it.

A lot of people fail in life and continue to repeat the same mistake because they don't take time out to evaluate their lives and things around them.

Sometimes in life, it is not what happens to you that matters, but what happens in you, and most importantly, it is the way you respond to what happens that truly matters.

Evaluation means taking stock of everything that is vital to your success in life:
Your life
Your time
Your association
Your habits
Your attitudes
Your mind-set
Your actions
Your confession
Your dream etc.

At the beginning of the year, you had plans and made resolutions but it is wise to step aside and examine how far you have gone now as we get ready to enter the second half of the year.

Self-evaluation is self-examination and it is better you do it yourself than for someone else to do it because it will cost you at that level.

Have you done all you should have done?
Are you doing all you should be doing?
Will you do all you can do?

The greatness of a man is in the cause that he lives for and the price he is willing to pay to see it achieved so - you matter more.

No one will plan your life for you if you don't plan it yourself, so you are the most important factor in the success equation of your life.

I want to advise that you give personal evaluation a prime place in your life going forward and take time out this month to do that before we enter the second half.

Evaluate so you will not be frustrated when you end up not seeing an expected result.
