HOW DO I STOP SMOKING?
Smokers are liable to die young, truth be told but so many people still can’t quit smoking. According to “Mark Twain, it’s easy to quit smoking and I have done it a hundred of times”. Smoking to***co is both a physical addiction and psychological habit. Inorder to successfully quit smoking you need to address both the addiction and the habit. To quit smoking is not easy but not impossible, it only takes time and support.
Some advantages of smoking are;
Lowers risk of obesity, knee replacement surgery, Parkinson’s disease, coping with stress, depression, anxiety or boredom.
Disadvantages of smoking are;
High risk of stroke, lungs cancer, blood pressure, effects on fertility and fetuses, deaths from the disease caused by smoking.
From the foregoing you could see that disadvantages negatively outweighs the advantages. Hence, there’s need for you to stop smoking.
Tips to stop smoking are;
1. Personal decision.
2. Start your stop smoking plan
3. Ask for support from doctor, family and friends.
4. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy meals.
5. Remove cigarette and to***co products from you home, car and office.
6. Avoid stress, caffeine.
7. Exercise regularly and take a nap.
For optimum result, use the best methods that works for you and stick to it.

DEHYDRATION: HOW CAN IT BE TREATED?
Dehydration occurs when your body doesn’t have enough water and other fluids to carry out its functions. Drinking water or being hydrated is very important for wellbeing and your health but a lot of people still do not consume as much water as the body needs. When dehydrated,more water moves out of the individual cells and body compared to the amount of water taken through drinking.
You can loose water from your body by sweating,urinating and physical exercise. Dehydration also occurs when you have a fever, dry mouth, diarrhea or vomiting, tiredness, low blood pressure, constipation, hunger and thirsty, delirium and hallucination, fainting and stomach cramping.
Treatment for dehydration include;
1. Fluid replacement such as clear fluids or intravenous fluid.
2. For infants and children use oral rehydration solutions.
3. For workout and those exercising cool water is your best drink or sports drinks containing electrolytes and a carbohydrate solution.
4. For severe dehydration see your doctor or visit the hospital for an emergency fluid replacement.
Stay hydrated everyday by replenishing the fluid in the body either through drinking enough water or consume fruits, food and drinks that contribute water to the body.

EASY, QUICK AND HEALTHY LUNCH IDEA
Tomato spinach chicken spaghetti
Start your afternoon with these easy, quick and healthy tomato spinach spaghetti lunch that will be a family favorite. It features ingredients like fresh vegetables (tomato, pepper,onion and spinach), boneless and skinless chicken,spaghetti, high quality olive oil, seasoning and lots of yummy dressing.
Preparation
1. Boil chicken add seasoning and allow it to cook for 5minutes
2. Parboil the spaghetti and drain in a filter
3. Pour olive oil in a pan, add salt, chopped tomatoes or purée, pepper, onion and garlic clove
4. Add all seasoning and chicken
5. Add the chopped spinach and spaghetti, mix all ingredients together.
6. Cook on low heat for 3-5minutes, remove from heat.
Enjoy your tomato spinach chicken spaghetti with a fresh homemade orange juice and keep eating healthy.
