I don't know who needs to hear this but if you haven't started wearing sunscreen then you do not love yourself.

If you are using sunscreen pls make sure it's a broad-spectrum sunscreen having a Sun protecting factor of 30 n above.

Also, do not forget to re-apply your sunscreen every 2-3 hours during the daytime as its effects wear off after a few hours.
