You see, in business, if you don’t set emotions aside sometimes, you might end up losing both peace and profit 😅

A customer asked me to keep an item I posted.
The customer didn’t pay, but promised to come back for it.

That same day, another customer wanted that exact item, and it was the last one left.
I even begged the second customer to wait till I restock because someone had already pleaded with me to keep it.

Till now, the first customer hasn’t shown up…
And I already lost the sale I would have made without stress 🥲

Situations like this have taught me that being strict with some things in business doesn’t make you wicked.
Sometimes, it’s just wisdom and professionalism.

If customers truly want an item reserved, a commitment ..even part payment ..helps both sides.
Because at the end of the day, business is not only about being kind, it’s also about protecting your hustle ❤️
