It’s been a few days since our general meeting on Sunday, but the lessons are still fresh in my heart.
One thing I truly admire about our CEO is her leadership. She reminded us that great achievements come from working together as a team, not trying to do everything alone. She encouraged us not to be discouraged by mistakes because they are opportunities to learn and grow.
She also emphasized that discipline is non-negotiable. Every mistake comes with a consequence not to break us, but to help us become more responsible, accountable, and committed to excellence.
Beyond work, she reminded us to take care of our health because we can only give our best when we are physically and mentally well. Most importantly, she encouraged us to build and maintain a strong relationship with God, reminding us that success is most meaningful when it is grounded in faith, good character, and purpose.
I’m grateful to be part of a workplace where growth, discipline, teamwork, well-being, and faith are all valued. I’m carrying these lessons with me and striving to become a better version of myself every day. 💜💞✨
