Our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver and 6-7 working days for international shipping. We ship via DHL for international Orders and local dispatch for nationwide orders. We are closed for holidays and will not ship any packages on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.

However, we offer an Express service for urgent requests and orders are only processed after payment confirmation.

RETURN POLICY?

All Hair must be in its natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft (unworn). You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle by sending an email to [email protected] as no refunds can be issued out.
