⚠️ How To Care For Your Skin!!! ⚠️
Do you know that our skin is very delicate and requires proper care? To achieve a beautiful, radiant and younger looking skin, here are a few tips to help you.
👉Eat Properly:Avoid skipping meals or extreme dieting. Fruits rich in vitamins such as sweet potatoes among others is good for your skin.
👉Always Sleep on a Clean Pillowcase:Your skin is porous and prone to picking up dirts and bacteria. Ensure to always sleep on clean pillowcase.
👉Drink Enough Water:It's recommended to drink 3-4 litres a day to prevent your face from looking flaky and tired and to flush out toxins from your body for a beautiful skin.
👉Identify Your Skin Allergies:Identify what triggers your skin allergies and reduce your exposure to it or avoid it if possible.
👉Get Adequate Sleep:Sleep sleep sleep. When you sleep, your skin has a chance to regenerate and get ready for the next day.
👉Avoid Bleaching Lotions:Use lotions that brightens your skin without damaging it. The notion that being light in complexion only brings about side effects and complications.
👉Use Moisturizers:This adds shine to your face keeping it hydrated all day regardless of your skin type.
👉Stock up on Selenium:Fish, eggs, tomatoes, brasil nuts are good sources of selenium. They protect and support the immune system against skin cancer.
👉Protect Your Skin From the Sun:Use sun screen to protect your skin from the sun and avoid over exposure from the sun.
👉Develop a Positive Body Image:How you see yourself really matters. If you feel beautiful, then who cares? Work on your inner beauty inorder to look beautiful on the outside.

THE BEAUTY OF GELE.
The traditional Nigerian headwrap known as the Gele was and is still an attire worn by Nigerian women. Gele is made out of heavy or stiff but flexible fabric that can be wrapped and moulded into a specific shape. The aso-oke is an example.
The tying of Gele was seen as a sign of an upcoming special occasion and of social status and importance with women wanting to be seen with the trending styles which then was the "Onilegoro" followed by the "Flora Azikiwe" in honor of the late wife of past president Nnamdi Azikiwe and much more.
Today, much like the Nigerian culture, the Gele has been revamped and celebrated. An explosion of creativity is seen in the diversity of styles on bound with the leading being the "Fan" and "Round".But irrespective of the way the Gele is styled and worn, the beauty is profound and evidence of the Nigerian culture which can not be grown out.
From the past conservative styles to the now glamorous and fashionable crown, there is no doubt, that the "Gele'' is a bold expression of femininity.
