HOW DO YOU KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS REFINED
Anything in a package that has no expiration date is refined. white flour, white sugar, high fructose corn syrup, white pasta and white rice are examples of common refined carbohydrate.
in order to eat food that is the most nutritious for your body, it is our recommendation that you eliminate, or at least reduce, the amount of refined carbohydrate in your diet.

HOW ARE CARBOHYDRATE REFINED
the process of refining carbohydrate entails taking out all of the healthy nutrients(vitamins, minerals, enzymes) and leaving only the sugar molecules.
the reason the food industry refines so many different products, is to extend the shelf life. once healthy nutrient are removed from the food, there is nothing in the food that can go rancid.
refined food can sit on a shelf forever. since there is no expiration date for a refined product, it is less expensive for a food manufacturing company to put it on the shelf as compared to a whole food(unrefined) product that has an expiration date.
a diet of excess refine carbohydrate can lead to many nutritional deficiencies and poor health increasing the incidence of chronic illnesses such as obesity, cancer, heart diseases and arthritis.

carbohydrate provide quick fuel for the body in the form of sugar, starch as well as fiber.
WHICH CARBOHYDRATE SHOULD I AVOID
1. UNREFINED CARBOHYDRATE :
contains natural occurring sugars found in many food product such as fruits and vegetables and can be a healthy food choice.
2. REFINED CARBOHYDRATE :
contains little or no nutrient and are not healthy for the body. avoid refined carbohydrate in the form of white sugar,soft drinks,and candies that give you plenty of calories but little or no nutrient.

HEALTH DESTROYING DRINKS 1
I may be stepping on the toes of some business interest and manufacturers of these products but the TRUTH REMAINS that most of the drinks we consume in our day-to-day living are actually HEALTH DESTROYERS.
They include:

2. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
3. PACKAGE FRUIT JUICE
4. CAFFEINATED DRINKS
5. SPORT & ENERGY DRINKS
6. ARTIFICIAL SWEETENED DRINKS

These drinks are ruining peoples health and finances. some people have abandoned soft drinks and switched over to packaged fruit juices because they think these are better than soft drinks. unfortunately, they do not realize that many of the packaged fruit juices that are sold in the supermarket are as nutritionally vapid/dead as the soft drinks they are used to replace. Freshly extracted fruit and vegetable juice remains the superior choice in both nutrition and taste.

1. Take your body weight in pounds
2. Divide it by 2
3. The answer is the amount of water in OUNCE, you need per day
4. 8 OUNCE = 1 Cup of water
5. E.g For a 200 pound of man = 200/2 = 100 ounce of water a day
6. 100 OUNCE = 100/8 = 12 glass of water a day
7. Most people do not drink 1 cup of water a day, lets alone the amount they totally need.
8. You may say, that's a large quantity, i could never drink that much
9. if you are eating plenty of fruits and vegetable, then you are already getting your daily liquid requirements . E.g
banana are 70% water
apples are 80% water
tomatoes are 95% water
vegetables are 85% water,
