One of the essentials for keeping an healthy and glowing skin is exfoliation - the removal of dead skin cells sitting on the skin's surface.

SUGAR SCRUB a form of body scrub formulated with sugar granules is great way to exfoliate your skin and remove dead skin cells.

Sugar draws moisture from the environment into the skin to hydrate and moisturize. It also contains glycolic acid which is very effective in unclogging the pores and removing dirt on the skin.

HOW TO USE
Wet body with warm water to soften skin then massage the scrub all over your body in a circular motion using using your finger pads.
When sufficiently scrubbed rinse off thoroughly to get all the sugar off and then use towel to pat your body dry.

NOTE: this is not to be done as a daily routine but once or twice a week. When choosing your sugar scrub, pick one that's mild on the skin and made of natural exfoliatants.

A good sugar scrub when mixed with essential oils and other cleansing agents like honey and milk is a great plus to achieving an healthy and glowing skin. It not only exfoliates but relaxes the body. The alluring scent of the scrub helps to ward off stress!
