Obesity is currently one of the world's biggest health problems.
However, being underweight may be just as bad for your health as being obese.

A different way of viewing weight loss identifies the problem as not one of consuming too many calories, but rather the way the body accumulates fat after consuming carbohydrates in particular the role of the hormone insulin.
When you eat a meal, carbohydrates from the food enter your bloodstream as glucose. In order to keep your blood sugar levels in check, your body always burns off this glucose before it burns off fat from a meal.
If you eat a carbohydrate-rich meal (lots of pasta, rice, bread, or French fries, for example), your body releases insulin to help with the influx of all this glucose into your blood. As well as regulating blood sugar levels, insulin does two things: It prevents your fat cells from releasing fat for the body to burn as fuel (because its priority is to burn off the glucose) and it creates more fat cells for storing everything that your body can’t burn off.
The result is that you gain weight and your body now requires more fuel to burn, so you eat more.
Since insulin only burns carbohydrates, you crave carbs and so begins a vicious cycle of consuming carbs and gaining weight.
To lose weight, the reasoning goes, YOU NEED TO BREAK THIS CYCLE BY REDUCING CARBS (Carbohydrates).

In small doses, it can help you perform under pressure and motivate you to do your best BUT when you’re constantly running in emergency mode, your mind and body pay the price. If you frequently find yourself feeling frazzled and overwhelmed, it’s time to take action to bring your nervous system back into balance.
When you sense danger, whether it’s real or imagined, the body's defenses kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the “FIGHT-OR-FLIGHT” reaction or the "STRESS RESPONSE".
When you feel threatened, your nervous system responds by releasing a flood of stress hormones, including adrenaline and cortisol, which rouse the body for emergency action. Your heart pounds faster, muscles tighten, blood pressure rises, breath quickens, and your senses become sharper. These physical changes increase your strength and stamina, speed your reaction time, and enhance your focus, preparing you to either fight or flee from the danger at hand.
If you tend to get stressed out frequently, as many of us do in today’s demanding world, your body many be in a heightened state of stress most of the time. And that can lead to serious health problems. Chronic stress disrupts nearly every system in your body.
It can suppress your immune system, upset your digestive and reproductive systems, increase the risk of heart attack and stroke, and speed up the aging process. It can even rewire the brain, leaving you more vulnerable to anxiety, depression, and other mental health problems.
Dr. Peter G. Hanson; author of the book 'THE Pleasure of Stress' tells us that 80% of diseases are related to stress.
Stress does not exist by itself but it is produced by humans according to the way they interpret their circumstances.

It's 12:19am and this picture depicts some couple's bed position. What could be the cause?
Let's take a look at some key issues.
*SEXUALITY* which means the capacity for sexual feelings.
A person's sexual orientation or preference is very important, to help with self acceptance and self confidence.
*FRIGIDITY* and *IMPOTENCY* - Both refers to the inability to feel pleasure and not being able to reach or**sm during sexual relations. Frigidity refers to the female gender while impotency refers to the male gender.
*CAUSES OF FRIGIDITY*
Frigidity is generally due to psychological problems such as trauma in childhood, marital problems, stress, a lack in vaginal lubrication or an incorrect diet.
IMPOTENCY is of two fold;
1. Physical
2. Psychological
The *PHYSICAL* may be due to;
A. An obstruction of the arteries that irrigate the p***s caused by cholesterol which obstructs arteries and diabetes and stops the correct flow of the blood through the p***s cavities. The blood pressure in the p***s is what produces er****on.
B. A lack of adequate nutrition containing enough zinc, vitamin E and other vitamins for the nervous system such as B1, B5, B6 and B12.
The *PSYCHOLOGICAL* origin may be due to: stress, preoccupation, nervousness, depression or psychological trauma during childhood, puberty, etc. these can cause a form of adrenaline to be segregated, and this obstructs the p***s's er****on.
IMPOTENCE and FRIGIDITY are frequently derived from lack of adequate nutrition. To correct this deficiency, it is recommended to take the following products;
