It has been so helpful... Let's go 👇

Before squeezing, roll the fruit firmly on your chopping board for 15–20 seconds
Or
Microwave it for 10–15 seconds (if it's at room temperature)

🍋 The heat softens the fruit's membranes
🍋 Rolling breaks up the juice sacs inside
🍋 You'll get noticeably more juice with less effort

Cutting Tip:
Cut the fruit lengthwise (from top to bottom) instead of across the middle. Many people find this releases even more juice

Have you ever tried this method of fried yam called " Garlic Butter Fried Yam "?
Com" on let's take a look 😉

Ingredients:
Yam
Flour
Butter
Garlic
Pepper
Parsley
Seasoning / salt

Garlic Butter Fried Yam Recipe
- Peel and cut yam into fries or cubes and boil for 5–7 minutes with a pinch of salt
Drain water from the yam and set aside

- Melt 2 tbsp butter, flour, add 2 cloves minced garlic, add in ground fresh pepper, add in seasoning and stir/mix properly for 1 minute

- Sprinkle in parsley (optional) for extra flavor

- Toss the hot boiled yam into the garlic butter mixture and fry until golden and crispy

🔥 Secret Tip:
Add the garlic after melting the butter, not before, to keep it fragrant and prevent burning
