Make it a habit to: ✅ Check your blood pressure regularly. ✅ Drink enough clean water every day. ✅ Eat more fruits and vegetables. ✅ Exercise for at least 30 minutes most days. ✅ Get enough sleep. ✅ Don't ignore persistent pain, unusual tiredness, or other changes in your body.

Your health is your greatest wealth. Taking care of yourself today can prevent bigger health problems tomorrow.

This is unbelievable!!
This guy you see on this picture came back to life after suffering from diabetes and addiction. He was on life support for so long which was later turned off.

Gene Long had been battling severe diabetes, addiction and homelessness. His body was giving up, and a massive blood sugar spike triggered a seizure that left him with a bleed on the brain. He spent two months in a deep coma while his liver and kidneys began to completely shut down. Doctors broke the devastating news that he had just a one per cent chance of survival. 💔

His heartbroken family called a priest to read his last rites, picked out his funeral outfit, and agreed to donate his organs. But just an hour after the machines keeping him alive were switched off, the 33-year-old opened his eyes 😲. Because his vocal cords were damaged by the breathing tube, he couldn't speak to the 30 friends and relatives gathered around his hospital bed. So he just looked at them and smiled.

Gene says that while he was entirely unresponsive, he crossed over and found himself walking on an ocean of pure, living energy. 😲 He remembers meeting a faceless figure made of bright light who radiated an overwhelming sense of love ❤️, "It was beyond human language," he says. "There are no words to describe it." When he woke up in that hospital room, the urge to use drvgs had completely vanished.

Incredibly, his failing organs began working again without any need for dialysis, and his diabetes went into remission. Gene is now missing a piece of his ear from a bedsore he developed while unconscious, something he proudly calls his ticket to heaven 🙏🏼.
