👉Home Remedies for Pimples

*Lemon Juice*
Lemon juice can effectively treat pimples within a few days. It
contains high vitamin C content , which is good for all types of skin, and its acidic property helps exfoliate the skin. Plus, it is an astringent that will help dry out pimples quickly.

Dip a cotton ball in two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and apply it on your pimples. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the process two or three times a day for a few days.

Thoroughly mix equal amounts of lemon juice and rose water. Apply the mixture on the pimples and leave it on for about 30 minutes.

Then, wash your face with lukewarm water. Do this twice daily for a week.

Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of ground nut oil and apply it on the affected skin area. Allow it to dry on its own before rinsing it off with lukewarm water.

Do this once daily for a week.

_Note: For faster results, use fresh lemon juice instead of the packaged version, which contains preservatives._

WHY CREAMS/SOAPS DON'T WORK

1). DEXFOLIATION: This means not exfoliating regularly. Exfoliation opens the Skin pores and allows proper pe*******on of Your Skin care products.

2). IMPROPER APPLICATION: Wash properly when bathing and ensure You use Your products right after Your bath.
If You don't wash properly,dirt,sweat and grime that clogged Your pores during the day will still remain.
Try to leave some little water on Your skin after bathing. Don't towel everything dry.
This helps the creams to be better absorbed.

3). EXCESSIVE SUN EXPOSURE: In Nigeria, We may not be able to avoid Sun exposure totally. But as much as possible, let's avoid being exposed to the Sun.
This is because the Sun's rays put a strain on the skin,increase melanin production, cause dehydration and excessive warming of the skin,etc.
Each time You must inevitably go under the Sun,use a cream that has a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of at least 15.
Also wear protective clothing on sunny days.

4). DIET: Ingesting processed sugars and carbohydrates dull and age the skin. Eating right boosts the Skin's radiance from within. Oranges and apples especially are loaded with powerful and natural antioxidants that prevents Collagen breakdown within the Skin.

5). IMPATIENCE: Good Skin care products are not 'magic'. Avoid products that promise instant results,are usually loaded with harsh chemicals.
The truth is that Your Skin takes time to adjust to products. Try more natural based products and stop changing creams constantly.

6). BATHROOM ROUTINE: Never use the regular bar soap for Your face. Use a gentle cleanser or beauty bar. Always use warm water to wash/rinse Your face. Too hot or too cold water strips the protective layer of the skin away.
