Your aftercare can affect how beautifully your brows heal.
Don’t pick, scratch, peel or rub your brows even when they start getting itchy or flaky.
During the initial healing period, avoid unnecessarily soaking your brows.
Be mindful of:
🚿 Long/hot showers
🏊🏽 Swimming
🧖🏽♀️ Sauna & steam
Avoid applying makeup or cosmetic products directly over your healing brows unless your artist has advised otherwise.
Your brows don’t need concealer, foundation or brow pencil while they’re healing.
For the early healing period, limit activities that cause heavy sweating around the brow area.
That may mean taking a temporary break from:
🏋🏽♀️ Intense workouts
🏃🏽♀️ Heavy cardio
🔥 Very hot environment
Your brows may go through several stages:
Dark → flaky → patchy → light → settled
This can be part of the normal healing process.
Fresh brows are NOT healed brows.
Don’t mix your artist’s aftercare instructions with five different things you saw on TikTok. 😂
Your artist should give you specific aftercare instructions for your procedure.
When in doubt, ask. Don’t guess.
Your brows should complement your face, not compete with it. 👌
