Are people mistaking visual aesthetics for sewing patterns now?🤔

I'm referring to the AI-generated sewing patterns currently in circulation.
I get it, you want AI to do everything, why don't you wait until it develops some construction logic?
Pasting arrows and cm on a brown paper doesn't make it sewing patterns.
I thought it was bad enough when I got sent designs with seams vanishing midway, or front designs that do not correspond to the back.

Now the shift is to sewing patterns.🤦🏾‍♀️
It's even more frustrating that they're not posted by random pages but pages that claim to be pattern makers.🙄

What's your go-to software/app for drawing technical flats?
Mine is Adobe Illustrator. I've been trying Affinity out lately, and I think with some improvements, it can actually give Adobe a run for its money.
What are your thoughts?
