That mark has a name.

It’s called Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation. PIH for short. And it’s one of the most common things I see with my customers.

Here is what most people don’t understand. PIH is not a scar. It’s not permanent damage. It’s just your skin producing too much melanin in response to inflammation. Which means with the right ingredients it absolutely fades.

The problem is most people are using the wrong things on it. Lemon juice, toothpaste, random brightening creams from Instagram pages. And those things are either doing nothing or making it worse.
