I still remember the first time a customer placed a really big order with me in 2022. At that point, my business was still growing, and honestly, I was both excited and scared.

Excited because… wow, someone actually trusted my small business with this much money and this many items! 🥹

But scared because I kept thinking, “What if something goes wrong? What if I disappoint this customer?” Order was placed all the way from Uyo for her new store.

I remember being extra careful with everything. I checked and rechecked the order because I knew this wasn't just an order to me,it was someone's hard-earned money and trust.

And when everything went smoothly, I realised something: sometimes, before you believe in your business, someone else believes in you first.

That customer may have just placed an order, but to me, it was a reminder that Neemarts was growing.
