I’ve just finished my packet of the blue tea 🦋
I started with 4 oz a day for 2 days then upped it to 4 oz in the morning and 4 oz in the evening.
firstly the taste, it tastes of nothing, I added lemon 🍋 most times just because my daughter and I liked to watch it turn purple 😂
I did feel a bit dodgy for a day, I was detoxing for sure - 10 plus years of pharmaceuticals I was expecting it!
I wasn’t on the toilet loads but I did go more than usual for the 1st couple of days.
This morning I woke up and felt really bloody good, like all the bad was out of me, my tummy is flatter not sure about weight, I don’t own scales and I don’t like them!!!!
My chronic pain has gone for the past 3 days it’s very unusual for me to have 0 pain! Hope it continues 🙏

Just like many people, I have been trying to lose weight for a long time. I wanted to lose weight because I wanted to feel better, look better, and be able to keep up with my kids and live a good life.
So going from wanting to losing weight to needing to lose weight…about three years ago my doctor diagnosed me with prediabetes and said if I did not lose weight then I would have some problems and more than likely end up on medicine. She said I would need to exercise more and start eating healthy. So I started to do that and I lost about 10 pounds, but then I stayed stuck there for the next three years. I tried many supplements and continued to eat healthy and moderately exercise, but nothing was changing.
I was introduced to this company April 2021. I started taking the supplements, and I noticed that I was getting results quickly, mostly because my clothes were fitting better. I also took notice of better sleep, and feeling a little better all around. I was starting to enjoy exercising again, and everyday life seemed to be taking an upturn.
I then took my measurements and started losing inches and pounds. I continued to take good care of myself by eating recipes from our group, getting out to walk more, coming out of my shell to post more on my social media platforms to share about how amazing this journey has been so far, and actually being excited because these supplements have been giving me results after suffering for so long.
I took a really good look at this health journey and realized it is not a quick fix, and that I needed to make changes if I wanted a change. The best part is that I have an amazing group of people cheering me on everyday! Thank you everyone for supporting my health journey!

Lost 20 pounds
Lost 17 3/4 inches, and 5 of those pesky inches were off my waist! Yay 😁.
