There's something called "Pulmonary Embolism " or Lung Embolism.These are blocked or clogged arteries in the lungs..
Instead of your blood flowing freely,it decides to form "clot or coagulate" thereby sending this clogged blood to the lungs and your lungs is your breathing zone where oxygen is taken in and when this clot is formed in the lungs, it can cause difficulty in breathing or sudden death. So ,to prevent this from happening while watching your movies after one hour, get up and walk around, stretch your legs at every interval.
