Burnout creeps up slow — you’re running on empty but your brain keeps saying “just one more thing”.

*3 things that actually help:*

*1. Build hard stops*
Set 1 non-negotiable cutoff per day. Phone off desk at 10pm, no work emails after 7pm, whatever fits you. Your brain needs a line it knows won’t move.

*2. Micro-recovery > big vacations*
You don’t need 2 weeks in Bali. You need 5-min resets: walk outside, 4-7-8 breathing, stare at something green, or just close your eyes. Do it _before_ you feel fried.

*3. Match energy to tasks*
Do deep work when you’re fresh. Save emails, dishes, scrolling for low-energy slots. Constant “high focus” is what drains you fastest.

Quick check: What’s draining you most right now — work, school, or just life in general? I can give you 2-3 tactics that fit your situation.

Rich man pikin go think say na juju🤣🤣

EJIGBO DISASTER

On September 26, 1992 Nigerian Air Force C-130H Hercules with serial number 911 crashed in Ejigbo, Lagos.

The aircraft, which crashed into a canal shortly after taking off from Murtala Muhammed International Airport was carrying over 150 senior military officers returning to Kaduna, with no survivors

They were young officers all commissioned and they were the finest of their era. The nation lost them. While we thought then that it could perhaps be the last of such bitter loses, we never knew that the worst was coming our way.

Indeed, we are presently witnessing the worst. Not by accident but our leaders and the led are just watching as the finest of our soldiers are being killed by terrorists branded bandits by Late President Muhammadu Buhari.

Sadly, these soldiers according to reports were the ones taking on the terrorists headlong abd sacrificing everything within their powers to defend their fatherland and save their compatriots.
