Want to achieve your dream body shape as fast as possible? These are 3 Secrets That works

Sometime last year, I visited my sister and I noticed that her belly was so big.

I asked her What she was doing that was making her belly swell up and her reply shocked me.

She told me that craves for sugary things

She even said that she add sugar to Her tea

I knew that was the issue

So I sat her down and educated her

I thank God she finally accepted to listen to me.

I told her to do 3 things for 60 days

This is very importantt because when you know the calorie in most fruits

You will be able to choose the ones with low calories.

So let's jump on.

โœ…100 gram of Cucumber. 30 calories

โœ…100 gram of Watermelon. 30 calories

โœ…100 gram of Carrot. 41 calories

โœ…100 gram of Orange. 47 calories

โœ…100 gram of Pineapple. 50 calories

โœ…100gram of Paw paw. 70 calories

โœ…100 gram of Apple. 50 calories.

โœ…100 gram of Avocado. 160 calories

โœ…100 gram of grapefruit. 42 calories

โœ…100 gram of cabbage. 25 calories.

โœ…100 gram of Soursop. 66 calories

โœ…100 gram of cashew 60 calories.

I wrote this because I want you to understand that even though you are advised to eat fruits

Do not go and consume excess in a day

Remember that all fruits have calories.

So please when consuming, consume with portion

Lastly, is better to eat small portion of fruit everyday than to consume excess fruits once in a week.
