*TOPIC FOR TODAY*
*WHAT PROSTATE CANCER and PROSTATE ENLARGEMENT*
Prostate cancer is marked by an uncontrolled (malignant) growth of cells in the prostate gland. The prostate is the walnut-sized gland in men, located just below the bladder and in front of the re**um, surrounding the urethra – the tube that carries urine out of the bladder
*These are symptoms of prostate issues*
Difficulty starting urination.
Weak or interrupted flow of urine.
Urinating often,
especially at night.
Trouble emptying the bladder completely.
Pain or burning during urination.
Blood in the urine or semen.
Dribbling at the end of urinating.
emptying of your bladder.
Incontinence.
Needing to urinate 2 or more times per night.
Pain with urination or bloody urine (these may indicate infection)
Doctors know that prostate cancer begins when cells in the prostate develop changes in their DNA. A cell's DNA contains the instructions that tell a cell what to do. The changes tell the cells to grow and divide more rapidly than normal cells do. The abnormal cells continue living, when other cells would die.
Let's help you get it reversed using our natural product. Send us a message for more information.

Today let's talk about high blood pressure.
What is high blood pressure?
High Blood Pressure (HBP), also known as Hypertension, is a medical condition where the blood pressure in the arteries is consistently too high. Blood pressure is measured in millimeters of mercury (mmHg) and is expressed as two numbers:
1. Top Number - Systolic pressure: Pressure when the heart beats.
2. Bottom Number - Diastolic pressure: Pressure between beats.
Normal Blood Pressure:
- Systolic: Less than 120 mmHg
- Diastolic: Less than 80 mmHg
Stages of High Blood Pressure:
1. Elevated: 120-129 mmHg / 80 mmHg
2. Stage 1 Hypertension: 130-139 mmHg / 80-89 mmHg
3. Stage 2 Hypertension: 140 or higher mmHg / 90 or higher mmHg
*What causes high blood sugar levels in the morning?*
High morning blood sugar levels are a result of body changes and reactions that happen while you are sleeping.
Let me break it down into two so you have better understanding;
1. Your body uses glucose (sugar) for energy and it is important to have enough extra energy to be able to wake up in the morning.
So for a period of time in the early morning hours, usually between 3 a.m. and 8 a.m., your body starts churning out stored glucose to prepare for the upcoming day.
At the same time, your body releases hormones that reduce your sensitivity to insulin. In addition, these events may be happening while your diabetes medication doses taken the day before are wearing off. These events cause your body's blood sugar levels to rise in the morning (at "dawn").
A second possible cause is
If your blood sugar drops too low in the middle of the night while you are sleeping, your body will release hormones in an attempt to “rescue” you from the dangerously low blood sugar. The hormones do this by prompting your liver to release stored glucose in larger amounts than usual.
But for a person with diabetes, the liver releases more sugar than needed which leads to a high blood sugar level in the morning.
