When we hear the word breakfast, what comes to our mind?
Let me tell you what I feel about it.

Breakfast -that means all through the night we have been on a fast and what do think as a Christian. It means there are no special time to be fixed for fasting and prayer.

It means we fast every time, mostly at night but do we pray every time?
No wonder the bible says, Pray without Ceasing.
.. And Jesus left his disciples and went up to the mountain to have a quiet with his father.
When do think is the most appropriate time for a quiet time with God.

When you are at work? No
When you are on a school run? No
When you are with friends? No

The appropriate quiet time with God is that time when we are sleeping away our fast, it's mostly those nights we are on fast before the morning when we BREAK-FAST.

At what time do you think Jesus went to the mountain to pray?
Of cos, if it was during the day, then his disciples wouldn't be sleeping.

Let's take our night fast serious, so that when we break it, we'll be happy we did.
