Natural Remedy for Swollen Leg 🌿

Someone recently contacted me about a swollen leg issue, so I decided to share this simple natural remedy. I also posted about this topic yesterday, and both methods can help.

What you will need:

Rotten part of a plantain tree

Ashes

Red palm oil

A stainless steel plate

Preparation and Use:

1. Scrape a small amount of the rotten (decayed) part of the plantain tree.

2. Put it in a stainless steel plate and add some ashes and red palm oil.

3. Mix everything together very well until it forms a paste.

4. Apply the mixture directly to the swollen leg.

Use this remedy consistently for 7 days, and you should begin to notice improvement.
