RED VERSUS GREEN APPLES: WHICH IS HEALTHIER ? π€πππ½ππΏπ
Many people prefer red apples π for their sweetness, thin skin, and juiciness. Green apples π, on the other hand, are sour and have thick skin, making them crisper. While both types have similar nutritional content, there are some key differences.
Green apples are richer in vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, as well as iron, potassium, and protein. Some studies suggest they're better for weight loss and reducing sugar intake.
