How To Sleep Comfortably In The Third Trimester

Big belly. Back pain. Baby kicking at midnight. Toilet every hour.

Third trimester sleep is NO joke. But these tips will help 👇

1️⃣ Get a pregnancy pillow - One pillow under the bump, one between the knees, one behind your back. Game changer. 🛏️

2️⃣ Sleep on your left side - Best for blõõd flow to baby. Pillow between your knees stops the back pain. 💚

3️⃣ Elevate your upper body slightly - Stops heartburn and acid reflux from keeping you up all night. 🔝

4️⃣ Stop large fluids after 7pm - You'll still wake up but maybe twice instead of five times. 💧

5️⃣ Warm bath before bed - Relaxes swollen legs and aching back in just 10 minutes. Try it tonight. 🚿

6️⃣ Stretch your legs before sleeping - Prevents those painful midnight leg cramps that wake you screaming. 🦵🏽
