Ingredients:
1 medium size Beetroot
2 large carrot
A little piece of Ginger
1/2 Lemon or lime (optional)
1 cup of water

Preparation:
Wash beetroot and carrot in clean water and scrape. Cut into smaller pieces and pour in a blender. Add a little piece of fresh ginger, squeeze in the lemon or lime and add 1 cup of water to blend. Blend till very smooth and extract the juice using a cheese cloth or mesh. Serve and Enjoy!
