With all the awareness everywhere you're still refusing to take your health seriously?
Some people are still buying bleaching cream, to do Esther was black and broke challenge.
You're still applying those chemicals on your skin and they're diffusing into your blood stream and your body systems.
Some others have refused to leave agbo merchants alone.
I know one day, we will be sincere enough as Nigerians to talk about the e.vils agbo has done to us. One day.
Meanwhile, in all these they're still forcing you to drink enough water.
Now, everywhere some set of opportunist are busy selling chemicals in the name of herbal detoxes.
What are you detoxing?
What do you think are the functions of the systems in your body? Or your think God that created us didn't know what He was doing? π
Alcohol users and smokers are another set of careless individuals. When the trouble comes, their family members will start running upandan.
One of these days,I would advice you to visit a general hospital and find out the cost of dialysis treatment for a kidney disease patient.
Maybe hearing the amount will spur you up into doing the right thing.
Chronic kidney disease is one of the leading cause of death in our country presently and this can be avoided if we agree to take instructions and do the right thing.
But, unfortunately, we're too strong headed.
To protect your kidneys;
π Drink enough water.
π Stay away from bleaching creams.
π Leave agbo and herbal detox drinks alone.
π Cut your alcohol and hard drug intake.
π Avoid abusing drugs like felvin, Diclofenac, they are NSAIDS.
π Check your blood pressure and sugar level constantly.
I hope someone sees this and decides to take a redress.
Nigeria is already difficult enough, don't be careless enough to make it more difficult for you.
I believe you've gained something valuable from this message, please like, drop your comments or questions and share to educate others.
