Most of the time when I post a picture of my hair here I usually get the question
What did you use to get your hair so long?
The truth is that getting long has has less to do with products. Products is 20% of the process.

The other 80% is really just good hair care practices. For example you can be using an amazing product but if you don't know how to use it or you handle your hair roughly you will never retain length.

Hair growth is a biological process. None of us has hair that does not grow. If many of us had hair that does not grow Manx of us would be bald. The problem is 90% of the time to hair growing BUT keeping that grown hair on our heads.

Accumulation of hair growth is how we get long hair.

Some good hair care practices that hair helped me to retain length are.

1. Low manipulation hairstyles
This means that I find hairtsley that do not require daily combing of hair or redoing.

2. Keeping my hair moisturized (moisturizing is not oiling)

3. Keeping my hair stretched (with and without heat)

4. Combing and detangling my hair gently and correctly

5. Doing my hair is small sections.
