We begin this week with a personal care routine called "Spa Day"

What’s a “Spa Day” you may ask? Fine… it’s a day set aside to pamper yourself, invest in your skin, and generally de-stress. You select a day of the week to take the time to attend to yourself from head to toe and refresh your body and mind. And it’s best if you can pick a day when you can attend to yourself without being interrupted by the hustle and bustle of personal or family life.

Life can be full of stress and pressure, and the environment is overwhelmed with all sorts of pollution and skin damage. It would do you a world of good to dedicate quality time to arrest these issues that put a strain on your body – and of course, you shouldn’t forget your daily routines!

That being said, I welcome you again to the month of October, and the final quarter of 2022. I trust we would have a swell time exploring all the delicious topics we would be indulging in.

How have you been?

I’m so glad to share with you that all through this month, and the remaining months of the year, we will be talking about beauty and wellness, with special topics lined up for every week. Oh yes! I promise to deliver fresh content every week for your reading pleasure and education.

And now, my dear reader, what are your plans for the month and the rest of the year? Are you trying anything new, upgrading your wardrobe, sculpting your body, or enhancing your beauty and wellness regimen?

As for me, I am renewing my “Spa Day” regimen. Mhmm?

Achieving Ageless Beauty

Ageless beauty starts and is sustained from the inside.

A great way to renew our looks is to first get it right from the inside.

So first and foremost, we need to detoxify our systems, then whatever we take in after then will work optimally.

I'll leave you with this simple recipe, that actually worked for me: carrot 🥕 and cucumber 🥒 juice.

💞Blend or grate 3 parts carrot and 1 part cucumber.
💞 Squeeze out juice and stir.
💞 Drink fresh and on an empty stomach.
