As the Christmas is here, I wanted to share with you the Three Commandments of Christmas, guiding us towards a stress-free and joyful celebration:

1. Honor Christmas by being yourself! If you can't afford brand new clothes, fret not! Embrace the ones you already have. After all, it's not your birthday, but Jesus'. Let's not outshine the celebrant, but rather focus on the love and joy that this special day brings.

2. Let's feast on gratitude, not just fancy food! If your cravings outweigh your budget, worry not! Enjoy the simple pleasures of the food you have. Remember, it's not about boasting or comparing plates. What matters is the love, care and togetherness shared around the table. So, eat what you have and move on with a grateful heart.

3. Home is where the heart is, and that's exactly where you should be! If travel plans seem impossible this year, no need to stress. Jesus wasn't born in your village, and his birthday celebration doesn't require a grand voyage. If someone truly wants to see you, let them come to you. Embrace the warmth of home, cherish your surroundings, and let the holiday magic find you right where you are.

As we reflect on the true meaning of Christmas, let's remember that it's not about fancy clothes, extravagant feasts, or far-off travels. It's about cherishing the love, care, peace, and joy that Jesus brought into our lives. So, take a deep breath, relax, and let go of envy. Focus on the blessings and be content in every moment.
