The reality is that you need to be PATIENCE when trying to grow a longer hair. Take care of your hair while at it. Dry and fragile hair breaks which reduces length so ne sure to keep your hair moistured. Do not stress your scalp and hair with tight hairstyles. This can stress the hair shaft and cause it to break. Choose a low manipulative hairstyle!

Healthy and long hair is a great gift you can give to your kids. Your child does'nt have to be gifted to grow long hair... simple remedies can change the game for you. Read our previous post on this child. She was born bald but now at 6yrs she is full of hairs... not just long, but healthy.

Edidiong (Founder: Ediblush Beauty hub) is one of our host and speaker.
Back in Uni days she detested relaxing her hair because the whole process stresses her out and she always felt it isn't healthy. So she had a policy of relaxing her hair ones in a year. Little did she know that there is a way of growing hair in a healthy way.

In 2015 she stopped relaxing her hair completely. That was the year she joined Instagram and learnt about the 'natural hair movement' which she picked interest and started researching on hair care practices.
In 2016, she made up her mind to do a big chop, starting her out in the natural hair care journey. She did a lot of trial and error but didn't give up! She continued researching and now is an authority!
She has helped a lot of women regain their confidence in flaunting their natural hair because they are able to take care of it themselves.
My two daughters were born bald but now they have a head hair full of hair! (Swipe to see pics).

She is passionate about good hair (healthy hair) and always ready to dish out advice to those who need them.
She has also formulated several haircare products that has helped lots of women achieve healthy hair.

Consider the health of your hair first before you start thinking of length. Your hair like every other self-care practices needs love, care and attention for it to flourish!"

Salome (C.E.O .organics ) is another of our host of the upcoming summit. She has been natural all her life.
In 2019 (after her better experience in hair product formulation and treatments) she decided to start her journey afresh by giving her hair a big cut. This created an uproar for those who knew her. But she was sure of her processes and experience and believes she can grow it long again in a space of time, hence the bold step to cut her hair.
So her hair is about 3years old but healthy and long. She was able to change her story.
She has been helping women and kids grow long and healthy hair for years and is a formulator of several natural hair products for healthy haircare. She is a lover of nature/herbs and combines her knowledge and passion for nature/herbs with haircare as a natural health expert.

With her, you are sure of safe and healthy haircare tips and great ingredients(even with ingredients in your kitchen) for your hair journey.
