Good evening everyone 🙏
As we speak right now all pending issues regarding sales has been taken care of .
Honestly it took me a whole 2months to plan this anniversary and may target was 1000 orders but unfortunately we got over 3000 orders and this is the first of its kind .
I promised 1 week after sales ‼️
I dint say you’ll receive 1 week after sales
I stated that delivery will start 1 week after sales
Am so sorry for the extra 2 weeks we collected it was never planned at all and am so sad and sorry that i disappointed most of us .
‼️ a lot of people sent fake alerts , we had to fish them out
‼️ the porthacourt orders we sent , the pacage was seized until we had to settle it finally for it to be released
‼️ before the sales started we booked 40% of the hairs and after the sales we decided to book the remaining 60 percent only for companies to disappoint us but either way . We had to find a out
‼️ sorting of hairs took 13 days , packaging and delivery took another 13 days making it 26 days
‼️ many of dint drop delivery details cos we still have a lot of packages without delivery details .
‼️ everyone that was meant to pick up has been sent a message since for pick up
Our shops have been busy with pick up customers and customers that sent their rider across to cork and pick up .
Pls if I’ve disappointed you am sorry I’ll make it up ,
If you lost a customer because of me am deeply sorry 🥹 we’ll make it up to you .
I know personally I’ve lost a lot of customers but pls give me one more chance 🌞
Next sales will be better , 🙏September or October .
