*TYPES OF OVARIAN CYST*
1.Follicular cyst
2. Corpus liteum cyst
FOLLICULAR CYST: It is formed when matured egg is released from the o***y from an enclosed structure called the follicle.
The follicle is supposed to shrink after releasing egg, but when it fails to shrink itbegin to grow and form the follicular CORPUS LUTEUM CYST: When the broken follicle grows into a very large mass without releasing the egg, it forms what is called corpus luteum cyst.
*RISK FACTORS OF OVARIAN CYST*
- Hormonal problem: Taking the fertility drug ( clomid) can lead to ovarian cyst.
- pregnancy: The cyst that form after ovulation may stay in the o***y during and after pregnancy.
-Severe pelvic infection: If the infection spreads to the o***y, can lead to ovarian cyst.

-Severe pelvic pain
