When ever you are brooding your birds, you should take note of these 3 chicks behaviors.

Once your birds cluster around the heat source,it means they are cold,the heat is not adequate.

Whenever your birds are running away from the heat source source,it simply means that the heat is too much

Thirdly when ever you see them evenly distributed in the pen, just they way they're in the video below,it means they are comfortable,and the temperature of the pen is adequately ok.
