Mama, if you're aiming to get pregnant or conceive a specific gender, it's crucial to address the following:

1. Ensure you have no underlying health issues or infertility concerns.
2. Confirm that your menstrual cycle is regular.
3. Verify that you are ovulating.
4. Ensure you do not have hormonal imbalances.
5. Refrain from using contraceptives.
6. Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.

Once you've addressed the above points, you can begin preparing your body for conception. Here's what you need to do:

1. Start taking prenatal vitamins.
2. Adopt a healthy diet and eliminate junk food.
3. Incorporate plenty of fruits and vegetables into your meals.
4. Begin a regular exercise routine.

Addressing these factors upfront will streamline the process when you join the BSS program. It's common for some mothers to encounter issues such as hormonal imbalances or irregular cycles, which can delay progress.

Y'all meet my soon to be girl mom...Mama O 💃💃

This my lovely mama has a special place in my heart, you know why? Read on.

She chatted me from Canada (distance is not a barrier) telling me she wants only 2 kids and she desperately wants a girl since she already has a boy.

She also told me how she already paid three times the money I charge to one of the baby gender coaches on IG and the person wasn't forth coming with info and all, the coach also didn't deliver (Ọmọ story long).

We started the tracking process in January, I was already pregnant with my baby girl, so I was pumped to guide her through. I also shared my baby gender with her, she was excited & more convinced to work with me.

One thing I loved about mama O was her diligence to achieve result. I was with her every step even when I was having my pregnancy wahala.

One time I was hospitalised, I still was coaching her and she will always check up on me.

We connected on many levels. I do have a lot to say but I don't want it to be a long read.

Then came the trying period but conception wasn't taking place. For some months, pregnancy didn't happen.

She was down cast but I kept reassuring her to keep trying while I was also praying for her until May when she sent me that message in slide 4 saying "my sweet mama - we're having a baby".

Your client don call you her sweet mama before? 😁

Forget, at this point, if I'm not your baby gender coach, I don't know what you're doing😁

The icing on the cake was when she sent me the gender reveal message & video last Saturday but I didn't see the message on time. Then she called my phone as she couldn't wait to share the good news😀.

That was the way she felt cos it wasn't an easy journey for her mentally, physically & otherwise.

She and hubby really persevered & I love them and thank God it ended in praise.
