Why drinking water is not as simple as you think 💧
“Drinking water is good… but you might be doing it wrongly.”
Most of us drink water only when our throat is dry or when we feel headache.
But that’s your body shouting, not whispering.
Think about your daily routine:
You wake up, rush to work, chase bus, attend meetings, stand long hours, scroll phone, cook, talk, laugh… yet no water in between.
Then by evening you’re tired, your head is heavy, your mouth is dry, and you say, “I think I need water.”
Truth is, that’s already late.
Water supports almost everything your body does:
It helps your kidneys flush out waste
It aids digestion so your food can work well
It keeps your skin fresh, not dull
It helps your brain stay sharp and focused
When you wait until you’re very thirsty, your body is already under stress.
Thirst is not the first sign you need water, it’s a warning sign.
Instead of waiting for:
Headache
dry mouth
dark yellow urine
sudden tiredness
Do these instead:
Make it a habit to sip water regularly throughout the day.
Small sips. Often.
Even when you’re not thirsty yet.
Carry water with you.
Keep it where your eyes can see it.
Let drinking water be as normal as checking your phone.
Health is not only in drugs or hospitals.
Health is in small daily habits, like drinking water before your body complains.

ONE HEALTH HABIT NIGERIANS IGNORE EVERY DAY 😴
Let me tell you one health habit almost everyone in Nigeria ignores…
Most of us think being healthy is all about drugs, supplements, or frequent hospital visits.
But the truth is, one powerful habit we ignore every single day is "REST".
You can eat well, take vitamins morning and night, and still keep falling sick if your body never rests.
Lack of sleep messes with:
🧠 your brain
💓 your blood pressure
🛡️ your immunity
😤 your mood
If you’re always tired, getting sick often, snapping easily, or feeling drained…
It might not be village people🙃
It might be 'sleep debt'
Try this instead:
✔️ Sleep at least 7 hours daily
✔️ Drop your phone before bed
✔️ Take rest seriously
Rest is not laziness.
Rest is treatment.

💊 Common Mistakes People Make With Paracetamol.
Many people think paracetamol is harmless, but misuse can be dangerous.
1.Taking more than the recommended dose❌
More tablets don’t mean faster relief. Too much paracetamol can seriously damage the liver.
2. Taking it too often❌
Paracetamol should be taken every 4–6 hours, not every 2–3 hours.
3. Mixing medicines unknowingly❌
Many cold, flu, and cough medicines already contain paracetamol. Taking them together can lead to overdose.
4. Using it with alcohol❌
Alcohol + paracetamol increases the risk of liver damage.
5. Giving adult doses to children❌
Children need doses based on their age and weight. Adult tablets are not safe for them.
✅ Remember:
Paracetamol is safe when used correctly, but dangerous when abused.
